Modal contents
The product should be produced in the State of Kuwait.
The product should have an added value in accordance to bilateral, regional or international trade treaties for tariff exemption.
The factory or company license must be valid.
An industrial license for the industrial facility issued by the Public Authority for Industry
Industrial qualification from issued by the Public Authority for Industry – for Kuwaiti factories.
The approved invoice for the exported products showing all the necessary information.
The Ministry has the right to request any other documents related to the type of exported product to prove that the product exported are of Kuwaiti origin.
It will be according to the invoice value in Kuwaiti Dinars:
1 KWD for 100 KWD or less
2 KWD from 101 KWD to 500 KWD
3 KWD from 501 KWD to 1,500 KWD
4 KWD from 1,501 KWD to 3,000 KWD
5 KWD from 3,001 KWD to 10,000 KWD
7 KWD from 10,001 KWD to 50,000 KWD
14 KWD from 50,001 KWD to 100,000 KWD
25 KWD more than 100,000 KWD
