In implementation of Ministerial Resolution No. 13 of 2020 and its executive regulations regarding practicing the profession of auditors.
Brothers and sisters, auditors practicing the profession, are requested to provide the management of joint stock companies with a recent certificate from Social Insurance. Likewise, brothers and sisters, faculty members at Kuwait University and the Public Authority for Applied Education, provide us with a recent letter from the competent authority stating that there is no objection to practicing the profession of auditors within a period of thirty days. From the date of publishing this announcement today, Tuesday, 12/12/2023, send the required document to the email shown below, as the Ministry of Commerce will take the necessary legal measures against anyone who violates the above-mentioned law and fails to send the required document within the specified period.
