Monitor the commercial registry
Follow up on the registration of trade names, issuance of commercial registration certificates and affidavits, and follow-up supervision of preparing letters to respond to queries from the authorities and verify their data.
Control of commercial and import agencies
The Commercial Agencies Section registers the commercial agency, amends it, renews it, or issues a replacement for the lost agency or deletes it, and allocates inquiries about the local or foreign agent, and the import department issues certificates through self-service.
Commercial Agencies Department
Receive agency registration requests (renewal - amendment - write-off - new - lost replacement), and make sure that the conditions are met and implement them by issuing the certificate, and also pay the prescribed fees.
Import department
Issuing general import licenses through self-service, issuing temporary import licenses for individuals (furniture) + licenses for chemical + military materials + salvage + temporary car import, preparing studies for the proposed import laws in cooperation with the competent authorities.
Department of Commercial Registry
Issuance of a registration certificate, issuance of an extract, as well as approval of the trade name - indication of the mortgage, renewal of the pledge, and cancellation
Commercial Affidavits Section
Issuing a To Whom It May Concern certificate for individuals to all parties, as well as issuing a certificate for the renewal movement.
