The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has launched the "Electronic Real Estate Broker" system with the aim of developing the real estate market by simplifying procedures, reducing the documentary cycle, and enhancing transparency in real estate transactions, as well as reducing reliance on paper, facilitating communication between the parties concerned, and ensuring the accuracy of the information provided. It also aims to protect transactions and ensure their efficiency, and to enhance cooperation among the various entities to achieve integration in work.
