Announcement
In application of Ministerial Decision No. 13 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations regarding the practice of the auditing profession, brothers and sisters who are practising auditors are requested to provide the Shareholding Companies Department with a recent certificate from the Social Security; likewise, brothers and sisters who are faculty members at Kuwait University and the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training are requested to provide us with a recent letter from the competent authority stating that there is no objection to their practising the auditing profession, within thirty days from the date of publication of this announcement today, Tuesday, 12/12/2023, by sending the required document to the e-mail address shown below. The Ministry of Commerce will take the necessary legal action against anyone who violates the above-mentioned law and fails to send the required document within the specified period.
