* Companies and establishments subject to the supervision of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and participating in all types of exhibitions held in the State of Kuwait, whether the participants are from inside or outside Kuwait, must, during the period of their participation in the exhibition, refrain from dealing in cash when concluding any contract or transaction
* Payment must be debited from the customer's account through non-cash payment instruments permitted by the Central Bank of Kuwait
* Any establishment that violates the provisions of the Decision will be closed and referred to the investigation authorities
* This Decision shall be effective from the date of its issuance, 7 August 2022
