The Ministry of Commerce and Industry closed a café in the Salmiya area for serving expired flavoured tobacco (mu'assel), as a number of expired packs being served to the café's customers were seized, and another quantity bearing no data or country of origin was also seized.
The Commercial Control team issued a violation report and completed the legal procedures against the violator.
